Returns and refunds

At And Tomorrow, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

Email hello@andtomorrow.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Final sale items

Sale items and promotional items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.
